Born on 4-10-1986 in the family of Sh. Dinesh Tiwari and Smt. Kamlesh Tiwari. Hails from Pehowa in District Kurukshetra (Haryana). Went for primary education to B.S.N. Model School. Passed matriculation from Tagore Public School, Pehowa and thereafter completed Higher Secondary Education from Gita Niketan School, Kurukshetra in 2004. Thereafter passed B.A.L.L.B. from Kurukshetra University in 2009 and L.L.M. (regular) from Panjab University Chandigarh in 2010-12 batch. Qualified NET with JRF during L.L.M in 2012. After that got enrolled in Ph.d in April, 2014 and pursued the same for sometime till selection in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in the year 2015. Held first posting in Kangra on 16-01-2016. Thereafter, transferred to Dharmshala and held charge of Mobile Traffic Magistrate. Later on, posted as Civil Judge- cum- Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Sundernagar on 22-10-2019. On transfer, currently posted as Civil Judge- cum- JMFC-II, Amb on dated 12.08.2021.
