Ms. Deepika Negi

Born on 22.04.1985 at Reckong Peo, Kinnaur, Matriculated from D.A.V Public School Rampur Bushahr and completed Higher Secondary in Arts from Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School Rampur. Graduated from St. Bedes College Shimla, Thereafter pursued Post Graduation in English Literature from Panjab University Chandigarh and after that pursued and Graduated Law from department of Laws Panjab University Chandigarh and Mastered in Law from Kurukshetra University. Qualified the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination in year 2015 and after undergoing induction training, got posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2 Nurpur and assumed charge on 16.01.2016. Thereafter transferred and posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-cum-JMIC court No. 2 Rohru and assumed the charged on 09.11.2016 thereafter transferred as Civil Judge Training/ Leave Reserve Hon’ble High Court of H.P. and assumed charge on 12.07.2017 and Served as Leave substitute as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-cum-JMIC, Kandaghat from 13.07.2017 to 18.12.2017. On 18.12.2017 again assumed back charge of Civil Judge Training/ Leave Reserve Hon’ble High Court of H.P. Remain posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2 Palampur with the effect from 05.03.2018 till 25.05.2019. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist class in the Court No. 2 at Dharamshala, District Kangra (H.P.) from 29-05-2019 to 09-12-2021.Thereafter posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Baijnath on 10-12-2021 to 16.04.2024. On transfer assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class Court No-II Amb on 20.04.2024.
