Sh. Bhuvnesh Awasthi

Born on 28.03.1973 in village Bharwana, Tehsil Palampur, District Kangra, H.P. Completed B.Sc. in the year 1994 from G.G.G.S.D. College Baijnath. Completed L.L.B from H.P. University, Shimla in the year 1998. Enrolled as Advocate with Palampur Bar Association and practiced in Civil and Criminal matters at Palampur. Selected as Assistant District Attorney/Assistant Public prosecutor in the department of prosecution in Himachal Pradesh in the year of 2005 and thereafter promoted as Deputy District Attorney in the year 2012. Qualified H.P. Higher Judicial Service Examination in the year 2014 and appointed as Additional District & Sessions Judge and joined as such at Nahan on 30.09.2014 and thereafter transferred as Additional District & Sessions Judge at Rampur and joined as such on 12.11.2016. On placement as District & Sessions Judge posted as President, District Consumer Forum, Una, Hamirpur & Bilaspur and joined as such on 05.12.2018. On transfer as District & Sessions Judge, Una assumed the charge of the post of District & Sessions Judge, Una on 23.08.2022
