Sh. Kapil Sharma

Born on 1st June, 1976 at Shimla, did schooling from St. Luke’s High School, Solan. Thereafter did +2 from DAV College, Chandigarh and 5 year Law (Professional), Course from Kurukshetra University. Having inducted in 2006 batch of H.P. Judicial Services, remained posted as Judicial Magistrate First Class at Baijnath (District Kangra), Court No. 6, Shimla, Court No. 4, Shimla. Then, also served as JMFC in Court No. 1 & Court No. 2, Poanta Sahib and thereafter on promotion as Senior Civil Judge remained posted as Secretary DLSA Mandi & Bilaspur from where being transferred to Nalagarh in 2017 served as ACJM(I) Nalagarh till October, 2019. Then, remained posted as ACJM(2) Shimla. Also held the charge of Secretary, DLSA, Solan w.e.f. 02.08.2021 and on placement as Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, assumed the charge as Deputy Director, Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, on 06.12.2021 (F.N) and remained posted as such till 29.03.2023 (A.N). Then, posted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Shimla from 29.03.2023 to 16.04.2024 . Thereafter, upon transfer assumed the charge as Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Una on 20.04.2024.
